insufficient number sign up for any given tour, we reserve the right to
cancel that tour and refund any payments made.

All cancellations must be received in writing, by
letter or by fax. The date on which the cancellation is received will be
considered when calculating any refunds.

No refunds will be issued for any reason during the tour for
any unused portion of the trip. Participants are strongly encouraged to
purchase cancellation and health
insurance.
DOCUMENTATION All
passengers must be in possession of a valid passport that must have
a minimum of six months validity upon re-entry into Canada. For
those passengers not holding a Canadian passport, they must check
with the consulate of the country they are entering for any visa
requirements. THOSE NOT HOLDING A CANADIAN PASSPORT BUT WITH LANDED
IMMIGRANT STATUS MUST BE IN POSSESSION OF A CANADIAN PERMANENT
RESIDENT CARD(EFFECTIVE DECEMBER 31, 2003). THOSE NOT HOLDING A
PERMANENT RESIDENT CARD WILL BE DENIED BOARDING THEIR RETURN FLIGHT
AND WILL BE FULLY LIABLE FOR ALL EXPENSES AS A RESULT OF THE
DENIAL.
FLIGHT AND
CARRIERS All flight times and flight itineraries are
subject to change without prior notice. It is recommended that you
check with the your air carrier 24 hours in advance to confirm your
departure times and again the day of departure. Check-in is
recommended a minimum of 3 hours prior to the scheduled departure
time. Ventresca Travel Ltd. and Romeo Alberico cannot be held
responsible should you miss your flight or be denied boarding for
any reason.
MISSED SERVICES It is the
passenger’s responsibility to arrive at the airport a reasonable
amount of time prior to their scheduled departure time (at least 2
hours). Any person missing their flight will be responsible for
their own arrangements to meet up with the group at the destination.
In such an event all transfers and baggage handling will be the sole
responsibility of the passenger. The Organizer, Travel Agency, and
their respective suppliers cannot be held liable for any additional
charges.
BAGGAGE Please check close to time of departure for luggage allowance. If applicable, airline charges for bicycles and excess luggage are not included, and are payable when checking-in at the airport.
ACCOMMODATION AND
SERVICES Ventresca Travel Agency and Romeo Alberico
cannot be held responsible if some of the services and/or
accommodations described cease to be available or are not fully
functional. All accommodations are on a "run of the house" basis and
specific room types cannot be guaranteed although all efforts will
be made to accommodate special needs.
RESPONSIBILITY Ventresca Travel Agency
is solely and exclusively responsible for the issuing of airline
tickets, travel insurance and administrative aspects. Arrangements
provided in Italy are the sole responsibilities of the operators
providing the services as presented. Romeo Alberico accompanies the
groups on a supervisory level and is not contracted or employed by
Ventresca Travel Agency, nor does he represent the entities
providing the service in
Italy.
PRICES All prices, unless
otherwise stated are per person based on two sharing a hotel room.
All prices are in Canadian Dollars. Those monies paid to Ventresca
Travel represent the package cost. Ventresca Travel is
proportionally remunerated exclusively for the cost of airfare,
airport taxes and travel insurance. All other monies are allocated
to Romeo Alberico for payment of all other advertised services in
Italy.
INSURANCE Cancellation and Medical Insurance are optional. Those declining insurance must sign a waiver confirming such at the time of deposit. Insurance coverage is offered through RBC insurance and priced according to the length of stay and package cost. A medical questionnaire may have to be completed by those with pre-existing conditions as to the coverage they would be entitled to.
